The staff at this hotel are incredibly nice and very helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the maid even came in the evening to replace our towels after our beach showers.
Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

Nice hotel in the middle of Punta, "classic 1970s" environment, in good shape, has its character. Free garage and wifi internet.

not 3 star rating, not value for money, bathroom not clean, bedroom decor not only outdated but old as in run down, cigarette smells throughout

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel despite being a bit outdated. the location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the beach and in the heart of the city, close to shopping streets and a variety of eateries. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to offer local tips.
Outdated decor and uncomfortable beds Although clean, the hotel was outdated and the decor could use an overhaul. the bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were small, making it somewhat challenging to move around with ease.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with lower prices compared to other options in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist guests with any request. The location is perfect, just a short walk in opposite directions to the beautiful beaches and right in the center of all the attractions Punta del Este has to offer. Additionally, the breakfast provided is of great quality and variety, ensuring guests start their day off right.
No negative aspects mentioned - everything was great.

The room was clean and tidy with a decent air conditioning system. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, including fruit and pastries. The location was perfect! It was very close to the beach and offered easy access to all the shops and restaurants in the area. This made it the perfect spot for our romantic escape.
The decor is outdated and could use some updating. The room felt old fashioned with a few things that need fixing. The bed was not the most comfortable, and there was no safe in the room which could have been a bit of a problem during our stay. Despite this, it was a decent budget option for our stay.
